2023 SCC Annual General Meeting

We hereby provide the following Notice of the 2023 SCC Annual General Meeting:

Note: The SCC AGM will be followed by dinner subject to any covid-19 restrictions. Details will be provided to members shortly.

Nominations:

*Election of Executive and Ordinary Member positions of the SCC Management Committee will be held at the AGM.

*Please see Nomination Form.

*Completed Nomination Form must be returned by way of email by 28th Feb 2023 to:  info@sunnybank.biz

In the event that no nominations are received for a position then the nominees will be called from the floor at the AGM.

Agenda:

A copy of the agenda shall be provided to members shortly prior to the AGM.

Eligibility to vote:

For the purposes of the AGM, a person is entitled to vote if

• the person is a Member of the Association;
• have paid their membership fees for 2023
• the Member’s membership rights are not suspended for any reason.
